Swati Guin serves as a knowledge development research associate for the PROGRESS Center. In this role, she supports resource development and literature reviews to identify best practices for stakeholders developing and implementing high-quality educational programming. In addition, she is the coordinator for the MTSS Center at AIR and contributes to the development of targeted technical assistance for state education agencies and other education stakeholders through written briefs, interactive training, policy-to-practice summaries, qualitative/quantitative data analysis, and communication and dissemination efforts. She has extensive experience in providing project management, research, evaluation and technical assistance support to federal, state, and local clients. Before working with AIR, she served as an AmeriCorps member with City Year San Antonio and supported projects at the Learning Policy Institute and Education Writers Association.
