This webinar will explore how the three dimensions of free appropriate public education (FAPE)–procedural, substantive, and implementation–are critical to ensure students are on the path to progress. In this webinar, Drs. Perry Zirkel and Tessie Bailey will unpack legal considerations and best practices for ensuring schools address all three dimensions of FAPE. In addition, they will discuss how the dimensions work together to promote progress for students with disabilities. The webinar content will be presented between 3:00-4:00 pm ET followed by an optional, 30-minute Q&A session from 4:00-4:30 pm ET with Drs. Zirkel and Bailey.
