Kaitlin Anderson, PhD, supports program evaluation related to special education and multi-tiered systems of supports, including comprehensive program reviews. Her work focuses on improving special education systems through rigorous research and evaluation. Dr. Anderson has authored over 20 peer reviewed publications, including the PROGRESS Center’s Beating the Odds study, on topics such as educational policy, leadership, special education, and program evaluation. Her methodological expertise spans quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods approaches, including experimental and quasi experimental designs, applied quantitative analysis, surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
