Katie McClintic, MEd, leads the design and development of eLearning modules for universal technical assistance projects at the PROGRESS Center. She collaborates with subject matter experts and reviewers to create interactive, asynchronous learning experiences, including self-paced modules, training videos, and quick reference guides, that support teachers, administrators, and related service providers in special education. She implements quality assurance processes to evaluate module structure, content, assessments, and alignment with defined learning outcomes, and manages instructional design project timelines and resources from development through LMS integration. Katie brings additional depth from her work across AIR projects including Wyoming Department of Special Education, CNMI, NCII, and Lead IDEA, where she has designed and delivered training solutions for special education audiences nationwide.
