The PROGRESS Center partners with special educators from five Rhode Island League of Charter Schools, including Charette High School, Shelia Skip Nowell Academy, Rhode Island Nurses Institute Middle College Charter High School (RINIMC), The Urban Collaborative Accelerated Program (UCAP), and Village Green Virtual Charter School, and make up the Charter Consortium partnership. Each school has a specialized focus (e.g., nursing, urban planning) and maintains high expectations for all students, including students with disabilities.
