This state policy scan outlines findings from a national scan of 57 state education agency websites around key topics related to special education. The scan focuses on high priority topics related to special education including:
- the Endrew F. decision,
- specially designed instruction,
- individualized education program (IEP) development, and
- IEP implementation efforts.
This website scan provided a clear picture of what is, and is not, currently communicated by state education agency websites around these key topics and also identified example resources provided by states on these topics.
