Amber McCollum, EdS, is a national expert in special education finance and IDEA fiscal administration. She brings more than 23 years of senior administrative leadership experience overseeing complex federal, state, and local education funding streams. Her work focuses on IDEA Part B fiscal policy, funding alignment, fiscal accountability, and results based general supervision, informed by executive level leadership in statewide grant management, fiscal oversight, and national technical assistance.
